A hearty burst-of-spring soup with spinach and chive suitable for even the most demanding tastebuds. Perfect on its own or as an ideal base to which can be added more green vegetables or fresh herbs to satisfy any taste preference! A squeeze of fresh lemon juice gives the soup a vibrant twist.
On Maxi add only dry spices.

A tip you must try: Chilled Green Gazpacho
Mix a sachet of Green soup with 2,5-3 dl cold water +ice cubes + a few handfuls of fresh baby spinach in a blender on highest effect.
Tastes heavenly! A perfect summer lunch!
For an extra filling soup, add a few shrimps or salmon cubes.
On Maxi only dry spices, for example chilli powder.

Låt fantasin flöda!
Pröva den även kall – som en vichyssoise soppa/Grön “Gazpacho”:
Mixa en påse soppa med 2,5-3 dl kallt vatten isbitar några nävar färsk bladspenat i en blender på högsta effekt. Smakar ljuvligt gott! Ev tillbehör – se ovan.

Recept på Slanka spenatpannkakor
Blanda 1 påse soppa ca 1,5 dl vatten 1 ägg ca 2 msk mandel-/vetemjöl ½ tsk äppelcidervinäger ev malda pumpafrön. Stek i kokosolja. Servera med keso och hackade valnötter.
