When you have placed an order, an email confirmation will be sent to you acknowledging that we have received your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, please check your spam folder. Another reason you may not have received the email is if you entered the wrong email address. Please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and we will confirm your order.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is successfully submitted and you have received your order confirmation, then it is not possible to make any changes regarding products or delivery address, email, mobile number etc. Therefore, you must ensure that you provide valid and correct information at the time of placing the order and before you proceed to checkout.
NB: mobile and email are often automatically entered in your order and you must actively edit your personal data if incorrect: follow the order procedure. After entering your email address and postal code you will be directed to a page where your address data will be displayed. Click on ”Change” and fill in your correct mobile number etc. Please note: orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
Cancellation of orders must be notified to Slanka immediately. A cancellation fee of 150 SEK will be charged. Once your order is being packed or has been despatched, cancellation cannot be effected.
NOTIFICATION WITH CONSIGNMENT NUMBER
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification which enables you to check the delivery status. When the consignment is delivered to your nearest DHL servicepont, you will receive an SMS to your mobile phone. You need to show the consignment number + a valid ID to pick-up your parcel at the DHL service point.
In order to receive the notifications, you must ensure that you provide a valid and correct email and mobile number at the time of placing the order. * Your email/mobile phone number cannot be altered after placing your order.
*Please note that the mobile number you entered at the time of your first order in any webshop connected to Klarna will remain until you actively change it. (See ”CHANGING YOUR ORDER”).

Delivery will take 2-4 working days after the order has been despatched. If you have not received your order within 4-6 working days after placing your order, please contact us by email: email@example.com with your full name and your order number.
DHL SHIPPING FEE
Delivery with DHL is FREE on orders over SEK 1 260.
For orders under SEK 1 260 a fee of SEK 89 applies.

AT DHL DELIVERY/SERVICEPOINT
You need to show your DHL consignment number + a valid ID to pick-up your parcel at the DHL delivery/service point.
The parcel will remain at the service point for 14 days, before it is returned to us. A fee of SEK will be debited to cover our costs for shipping, handling and administration. This fee also applies to any ”free shipping” orders. Refunds for returned products less the above fee, will be made as soon as possible after the products arrive at our warehouse.

- Swish – Once your swish payment is successfully completed, an email confirmation will be sent to you acknowledging that we have received your order. If your Swish order fails, please make sure your are connected to Internet when placing the order on your mobile phone. It is also important not to go back during the order procedure since this might interrupt your order and you must start all over again.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONTRACT
You have the right to return all or some of the items in your order without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Slanka in writing , within 14 days after physically receiving your order. After 14 days the withdrawal period will expire.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient that you submit a notice that you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. If the last day of withdrawal falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the last day for submitting your notice is the following workingday.
STEPS FOR WITHDRAWAL
Fill out our form or use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard form which can be found on the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website.(It might be necessary to download Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.)
When you have filled out the form, save it on your computer and then attach it to your email and send it to:email@example.com (signature is not needed if you send it from the email-address used when placing the order).
Once we have received your withdrawal notification, we will email instructions for how to return the products to us.
SEND BACK GOODS WITHIN 14 DAYS
You need to return the item within 14 days from the date of your notification of withdrawal. Remember that you should be able to show that you returned the item. Be sure to get a receipt for the shipment and save this as proof.
Products that are approaching or past their best before dates (“Reduce Food Waste products”) are not covered by the right of withdrawal
When you exercise your right of withdrawal as a customer, you must pay the return shipping and duty costs.
The return will only be accepted if the original product packaging is unopened, complete and fully intact. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.

Repayment will be made as soon as we have received the returned item or you as a customer have shown receipt that the item has been returned, whichever occurs first. The repayment is made using the same payment method used when purchasing.
If you would like to change to a different item, you must place a new order. In order to return the unwanted products, follow the steps above “Withdrawal of contract”.
You must return the products you do not want in perfect condition.
Please also note that financial responsibility for the item during the transport remains with you as a customer until it reaches us.
In case of a dispute, we recommend that you apply to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden/ARN). We always follow their decisions. You can also proceed with a complaint on the EU Common Dispute Resolution Page: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
SPECIAL CONDITIONS – GIFTS/FREEBIES/COMPETITION PRIZES
On certain occasions, Slanka may offer gifts, for example when purchasing a certain amount or when purchasing a certain item. Such goods cannot be claimed and belong to the customer without right of claim or warranty. If the gift/free item/prize is not picked up at the service point within the specified time but is automatically returned to our warehouse, the package will not be sent again and the free item/gift/prize will expire.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE/DISPUTES WHEN RETURNING
When returning, you as the customer are responsible for any damage that may occur during transport. In the event of a dispute, we recommend that you contact the General Complaints Board. We always follow their decisions.

If you happen to receive an incorrectly delivered item, an item is missing or you receive a defective item, you have the right to make a complaint. This applies on the condition that you contact our customer service within a reasonable time (approx. 7 days after received delivery). You email us to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that we must have accepted your complaint before returning any goods. In the event that you need to return goods, the return shipping note that our warehouse emails you should be used
A misdelivered item is returned in unused and undamaged condition in unbroken original packaging. The defective or wrongly delivered item will be replaced with a new fault-free item or a refund. When we have received and checked the returned item, we will send a new one or refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days according to the Distance Contracts Act.
